Description

Physical description: An impressive Federation house but only the roof is visible above a high paling fence. The house has an outstanding complex roof. Slate without ridge capping is an unusual feature. It has magnificant brick chimneys with pots. It is interestingly oriented to the park with the rear to Lyons Road, not seen in many of the surrounding properties.
