A very good Federation house with variation and unusual form.

Physical description: A fine symmetrical Federation style house c.1910 with an outstanding slate roof with a gablet over the verandah entry. The decoration is also of special note, particularly the verandah brackets. The main door has sidelights adn skylights. The house also features stone verandah piers and a fine stone and iron fence. The house is virtually unaltered. One of a group of three excellent late Victorian/Federation houses that survive in intact form on the former main road through Drummoyne and formerly having water frontages. The group is of significance and the individual houses have significance as very fine examples of residential development from the major phase of suburbanisation in Drummoyne.
