Statement of significance:

This Federation Bungalow styled residence with original coloured glass panes in gable windows, and fence detailing, is typical of the Australian transition architectural phase between the Federation Queen Anne and the California Bungalow style. Stylistically, it exploits the qualities of the Bungalow style while retaining the flair and simplified form of the Queen Anne style. It is a fine example and contributes significantly to the architectural qualities of Goulburn city.
