Statement of significance:

6 Auburn Street - This Federation style residence, c. 1912, is of local heritage significance for its association with the prominent Goulburn architect E.C. Manfred. The building is representative of Manfred's designs and has the added qualities of additions being designed by Manfred & Son.
2 Auburn Street - This single storey brick residence and fence is of local heritage significance for its relative intactness and architectural representativeness of the later Federation period. Its presence adds to the quality and variety of architectural form in Goulburn city.
Both properties have substantial street setbacks and appropriate gardens and fencing. They contribute to the character of the Auburn streetscape and Goulburn generally.
