Statement of significance:

No.20: "Wombermere": An excellent example of an Edwardian style weatherboard cottage erected in 1922, replacing an earlier 1878 cottage occupied by James Stewart. It has fine craftsmanship in the woodwork and as part of the Australia Street precinct, this cottage is highly significant locally; No.22:This weatherboard cottage erected in 1878 by T. Charles, as a tenanted dwelling, is significant for its contribution to the Australia Street precinct; Nos: 24, 26, 28 and 30:This group of weatherboard cottages erected in 1881for William Stewart, a prominent coachbuilder in Goulburn, is of high local significance. Although there have been some design modifications, the buildings continue to contribute considerable heritage value to the Australia Street precinct.
