Statement of significance:

This Federation style residence compliments others in Citizen Street and makes a strong contribution to the heritage ambiance in the area.
Unfortunately 1970s style units built directly adjoining take away from the visual impact of the residence to the street and break up a row of federation and other historic dwellings that form the streetscape.
Date significance updated: 13 Jan 18
