Statement of significance:

No 8: "Araluen", a sandstone and brick cottage with ornate fretwork to the gable ends makes an interesting streetscape contribution to the heritage of the locality.
No 6: "Benmanang" is a brick cottage with early Federation styling is significant locally for its representative architectural features and its relative intactness. It has unusual striped brickwork.
They both have extensions at the rear.
