Statement of significance:

No 203: 'Louise Garden', is an early Federation style c.1900 cottage, designed by E. C. Manfred with early twentieth century alterations. Detailed terracotta paved paths include the name ‘Louise’ in tiles, with decorative terra cotta edgings and corner pieces which appear distinctive to the Gulson’s Brickworks. The property is enclosed with a twentieth century picket fence and privet hedge.
No 205: This Early Federation style single storey red brick residence, with continuing Victorian influences, is of local heritage significance. Ornate fretwork to the gable and cast iron lace to the verandah posts enhance the quality of this building.
Both residences have large extensions at the rear.
