Statement of significance:

Nos 123-125: Finchley and Uxbridge, a pair of semi-detached Federation style dwellings are of high local significance for the intactness of their heritage fabric and for their complimentary association with the adjoining properties.
Nos 127-129: Edgeware and St. Albans, a pair of semi-detached Federation style dwellings are of high local significance for the intactness of their heritage fabric and for their complimentary association with the adjoining properties.
Nos 131-133: Hedon and Elstree, a pair of semi-detached Federation style dwellings are of high local significance for the intactness of their heritage fabric and for their complimentary association with the adjoining properties.
Nos 135-137: Belsize and Bayswater, a pair of semi-detached Federation style dwellings are of high local significance for the intactness of their heritage fabric and for their complimentary association with the adjoining properties.
No 139: This Federation style single storey red brick residence features cast iron lace to the verandah and timber embellishments to the gable end. The building makes a contribution to the Faithfull Street streetscape and is of local heritage significance.
All the residences have similar setbacks and are relatively intact, they have small extensions at the rear.
