Statement of significance:

Ingalara, a Federation style dwelling that matches with the adjoining property at 139 Faithfull Street. It has a detailed corner verandah to Montague and Faithfull streets. The pair of dwellings are of local heritage significance for their relative intactness and streetscape quality.
Unfortunately the windows under the verandah appear to have been replaced and do not reflect the original design.
