Statement of significance:

6 - A substantial red brick single storey Federation style residence at 6 Hurst Street is the design of the noted Goulburn architect E.C. Manfred. The building, featuring multiple angled bay windows and chimneys, is highly significant locally for its streetscape presentation and its association with the architect.
12 - This large Federation style two-storey residence is locally significant as one of the designs in the architectural portfolio of E.C. Manfred. The angular lines and gable features of the residence make a strong and prestigious statement in the streetscape.
