Statement of significance:

This group of E.C.Manfred designed Federation style weatherboard cottages are significant locally for their relative intactness and fine woodwork detailing. They make a valued contribution to the streetscape.
The only detracting element is the partially enclosed verandah of No 20, otherwise they are relatively intact.
