Statement of significance:

"Coorinyah" was built in 1910 as a residence for Judah Green, the proprietor of the exclusive Goulburn dress shop, known as ‘Joy’s’. Coorinyah’s heritage significance lies in its two storey Federation architecture in a rural setting. Further, it presented as a statement of commercial prosperity for the owner Judah Green.
The substantial gardens provide an appropriate setting for a grand home.
