Statement of significance:

Original homestead built on the station, demonstrative of the architecture of the early 1900s. An excellent vernacular building that contributes to the landscape.

Built in c1920 as the Manager's residence, has housed a succession of station managers. Demonstrative of the standard of accommodation afforded to the manager of like facilities in the early 1900s. A good example of the architecture of the early 1900s
