Content and information pages

The content of the website conforms to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 except for the following areas:

  • 1. PDF files. Although progress has been made in making information within PDF files more accessible, alternative text versions are mostly not provided. All documents can be converted into alternative formats upon request.
  • 2. Audio and video files. Text transcripts and captioning are currently not available for all videos, though a significant number have been transcribed.

Some content on this website, including forms, cannot be downloaded in HTML, but is available as either a Microsoft Word document or a PDF.

The format of the file is generally included at the end of the hyperlinked file name. Users need to have the right software to download these files.
