The tree Gmelina sp. Chambigne (J. Edwards s.n., NSW1328875) has been provisionally listed as a critically endangered species on an emergency basis.

Gmelina sp. Chambigne (J. Edwards s.n., NSW1328875) is endemic to New South Wales and is known with certainty from only 2 sites in the Chambigne area south-west of Grafton.
