Central West Orana Transmission Project Strategic Offset Delivery Agreement
EnergyCo is required to offset impacts on biodiversity as a result of the Central West Orana Transmission Project. This agreement meets the offset obligation for the number and class of biodiversity credits set out in the planning approval and transfers responsibility for offset delivery to the Environment Agency Head.
