Note Regarding Notice No. 221

This notice has ceased to have legal effect as the notice recipient has ceased to be the occupier. The terms of the notice are no longer in force. The ongoing management of residual PCB soil contamination at the site is regulated by the EPA under the Contaminated Land Management Act 1997 by way of Ongoing Maintenance Order No. 20132801.
