Legislation

The NSW Government has proposed a new system for managing and conserving Aboriginal cultural heritage. It will be supported by a new legal framework that respects and conserves Aboriginal cultural heritage in New South Wales.
Grants and funding

The NSW Government is committed to celebrating, protecting and respecting the diversity of our heritage and cultures. The Heritage Grants Program is designed to help owners, custodians, managers and communities to recognise, value and care for their heritage.
