The Biodiversity Offsets and Agreements Management System (BOAMS) is used by scheme participants, the Department and the Biodiversity Conservation Trust.
BOAMS is used:
- by accredited assessors – to carry out specific Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM)-related tasks involving access to the BAM calculator to perform assessments, submit data, generate a credit obligation and a credit price
- by landholders – to apply for a Biodiversity Stewardship Agreement (BSA) and manage ongoing reporting obligations for their agreement
- by proponents of developments - to view their credit obligation or the payment required to the Biodiversity Conservation Fund
Specific BAM tasks can only be carried out by accredited assessors. Access to these areas of BOAMs is provided after accreditation. If you are an accredited assessor you can access BOAMS.
If you are not an accredited assessor and want to register for access to BOAMS you must create an account.
For information about how to use BOAMS download the BOAMS user guide.
