Melichrus gibberagee J.B.Williams ex H.T.Kenn. & J.J.Bruhl – critically endangered species listing

The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (the Act), has made a final determination to list Melichrus gibberagee J.B.Williams ex H.T.Kenn. & J.J.Bruhl as a critically endangered species in Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Act and, as a consequence, to omit reference to Melichrus gibberagee J.B.Williams ex H.T.Kenn. & J.J.Bruhl in Part 2 of Schedule 1 (endangered species) of the Act.

This species was reassessed under the Common Assessment Method in September 2024. The final determination made in 1999 has been superseded.
