Net Zero Futures Policy Forum

The Net Zero Futures Policy Forum is a voluntary international collaboration open to state, regional and other interested governments at the forefront of global decarbonisation efforts.

As a founding member, New South Wales, alongside Australia’s 7 states and territories and Scotland, will help governments address the practical challenges of achieving net zero emissions. The Forum will help share technologies and ideas to reduce emissions, create jobs and build the net zero emissions economies of the future.

As an Under2 Coalition initiative, other interested governments are encouraged to join.

The inaugural Ministerial Leadership Group meeting held in July 2022 marked the beginning of the Forum’s official work program.
