Change a tour, activity, staff or subcontractors

Use this form to let us know of any proposed changes to your tours or activities, guide, instructors or subcontractors.

Changes to tours and activities require our approval.

You must submit this form at least 8 weeks before any proposed change.

Please provide as much detail as possible to help us consider your application. You must complete a separate schedule for each park.

This form is for varying an existing tour or activity. To add a new tour or activity, use the Add a tour or activity form.

If you vary an existing tour or activity, or adding a new guide, instructor or subcontractor, you’ll have to pay a minor amendment fee. Fill out the payment form and send it to us.
