Stage 2 piling started in August with the final six piles including the large pontoon diameter piles. During September, the contractor attached the pile anodes, cut, cap, filled and painted the piles.
In January 2022, the contractor will return to Fort Denison to assemble the wharf components including the prefabricated aluminium gangway and the new pontoon which will be floated into position.
