Soil and Land Information System
The Soil and Land Information System (SALIS) is a data repository for Soil and Land resource datasets.
This system is managed by the Environmental Protection Science branch, thereby meeting responsibility of the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (DPIE) under the Soil Conservation Act to maintain a database of soil information across the Australian state of New South Wales.
