Public Register of PVPs and Development Consents that approve broadscale clearing and/or specify a date for the definition of regrowth

The Native Vegetation Act 2003 was repealed on 25 August 2017. No new PVPs will be approved from this date, however existing PVPs can be varied.

The public register is updated to reflect any variations to existing PVPs.

For Public Register PVPs from 2005 to 30 September 2015, refer to public register-1 for approved clearing PVPs (XLS 279KB).
For Public Register PVPs from 1 October 2015 to 24 August 2017, refer to public register-2 for approved clearing PVPs (XLS 64KB).
