The Minister administering the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974, pursuant to section 151, proposes to grant Cherylin Michele Collier ABN 67 008 174 651 a lease of the premises known as Corney’s Garage (Old Great Western Highway, Hartley Historic Site) for the purpose of operating an antiques retail store. The term of the proposed lease is 2 years, plus one option for a further term of 3 years.
The proposed lease is consistent with the heritage values of the premises and site.
The opportunity to comment is open from 11:00 am Friday 3 November to 5:00 pm Friday 17 November 2023.
