Information for successful applicants

General information about providing progress, financial and final reports using our templates and how to acknowledge the Trust funding.

Funding acknowledgement

If we’ve given you a grant you must acknowledge our assistance and use the NSW Government logo in your materials. Logos are available for download.

Planning and reporting

Establishing a clear project plan, then regularly monitoring and evaluating your progress against your plan helps to keep your project on track and adapt if need be. Doing this also helps you to realise as well as communicate the intended outcomes of your project. So, if you’ve received a grant, you must complete a project plan as well as report on your progress as you implement your project.

More information on planning and reporting, along with templates, can be found under the respective grant programs.

Financial reporting

If you’ve received a grant you must report on how you’ve spent it. If you want to change your budget by more than 10% you need to ask us for approval.
