This document shows the results of implementing the NSW Wetlands MER extent and condition assessment methods for all selected wetlands of the 13 catchment management authority (CMA) regions in NSW (see Assessing the extent and condition of wetlands in NSW: Supporting report B – Development of a condition assessment index). Three pressure indicators and four condition indicators and their associated measures are used to report on condition of NSW wetlands. Table 1 summarises the scoring categories. For the State of the catchments (SOC) 2010 reports, the scoring system adopted for the 13 state-wide targets was '5' for the best and '1' for the worst. The wetland scoring system in this report was reversed for the SOC 2010 reports.
