Khappinghat National Park, Khappinghat Nature Reserve and Saltwater National Park Plan of Management

Khappinghat National Park, Khappinghat Nature Reserve and Saltwater National Park are located on the NSW mid north coast, approximately seven kilometres south-east of Taree.

The parks cover 3547 hectares, including Khappinghat National Park (2020 hectares), Khappinghat Nature Reserve (1494 hectares) and Saltwater National Park (33 hectares). The parks include 4.4 kilometres of coastline and 29.3 kilometres of estuarine foreshore.

The parks are located within the areas of the Purfleet/Taree Local Aboriginal Land Council, Hunter Local Land Services and MidCoast Council.
