Gang-gang cockatoo Callocephalon fimbriatum (Grant, 1803) – Endangered species listing

The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (the Act), has made a Final Determination to list the gang-gang cockatoo Callocephalon fimbriatum (Grant, 1803) as an Endangered species in Part 2 of Schedule 1 of the Act; and as a consequence, to omit the listing of: (i) the gang-gang cockatoo Callocephalon fimbriatum (Grant, 1803) as a Vulnerable species in Part 3 of Schedule 1 of the Act, and (ii) the gang-gang cockatoo, Callocephalon fimbriatum (Grant), population in the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai Local Government Areas as an Endangered population on Part 2 of Schedule 1 of the Act.
