This condition requires a licensee who receives a kangaroo carcass that does not have a carcass tag affixed (untagged carcass) to, among other things, complete and submit an untagged carcass report within 24 hours of the end of the week in which they receive the carcass. A carcass tag is a tag issued by the department or a corresponding interstate agency to a licensed harvester for affixing to kangaroo carcasses.
