Flagstaff Memorial Nature Reserve covers 18 hectares and is located on the south-west slopes of New South Wales, approximately 16 kilometres north of Cootamundra on the road between Temora and Harden.
Linton Nature Reserve covers 640 hectares and is located on the western fall of the New England Tablelands approximately 90 kilometres by road west of Armidale.
Murramarang Aboriginal Area is located 30 kilometres north of Batemans Bay, on the south coast of NSW. It has an area of 60 hectares and comprises the headland of Murramarang Point, sand dunes along Murramarang Beach to the north and part of a small lagoon.
Nearie Lake Nature Reserve is situated in south-western NSW approximately 80 kilometres north of Wentworth. The reserve, which is 4,347 hectares in size, is located on the Great Anabranch of the Darling River.
Watagans National Park and Jilliby State Conservation Area are located 60 kilometres north of Sydney, 31 kilometres west of Newcastle and 15 kilometres south of Cessnock. Watagans National Park covers 7,798 hectares and Jilliby State Conservation Area 12,159 hectares.
Yuraygir National Park and State Conservation Area are located on the north coast of New South Wales, less than an hour’s drive from Grafton, Maclean and Coffs Harbour. The park extends over 60 kilometres of coastline from Lake Wooloweyah, a tidal lake at the mouth of the Clarence River, to the Corindi River in the south.
This plan of management amendment ensures that Snowy 2.0 works enabled by the Snowy Hydro Corporatisation Act 1997, provided they are approved under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and authorised under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974, are in accordance with National Parks and Wildlife Act.
This plan is a vision for Audley based on its heritage significance assessed from physical and documentary evidence. It provides a framework for the protection and enhancement of Audley’s natural heritage and a strategy for proposals for future works.
Ben Halls Gap National Park became a nature reserve in 2016. The plan of management applies to the reserve. The reserve which covers 2,500 hectares, is located at the junction of the Liverpool and Mount Royal Ranges in the northern tablelands of New South Wales. It is 60 kilometres south-east of Tamworth and 10 kilometres from the township of Nundle. There are no public roads which provide access to the park and the park contains no visitor facilities.
