The Environment Line handles general inquiries about environmental issues and takes reports of pollution for which the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) has regulatory responsibilities.

The Environment Line accepts reports of pollution incidents where the EPA has a direct regulatory role, and reports relating to motor vehicles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
