NSW Government's Green Globe Awards
The NSW Government’s Green Globe Awards, are the leading environment awards, recognising environmental excellence, leadership and innovation in NSW.
NSW small and large businesses, individuals, state and local government and community groups who can demonstrate significant environmental achievements in NSW are encouraged to apply for a Green Globe Award.

Nominations are open for the 13th annual Green Globe Awards. The Nomination Guide (120199GGNguide.pdf, 924KB) contains information on how to nominate, the judges criteria and the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Entering the Green Globe Awards provides the opportunity to:
gain public recognition at the highest level in NSW
showcase the innovative work, expertise and vision of your organisation or project
network with industry, government and environmental leaders
learn about other projects and initiatives and share ideas with key stakeholders
promote your participation in your marketing
further motivate your staff and suppliers by recognising their efforts in sustainability and environmental management
build on your corporate reputation and community engagement strategies through your public commitment to the environment.
An independent judging panel consisting of experts in the fields of energy, water, sustainability, waste and science will review and score each nomination. The top entries will be short-listed and announced as finalists on 1st August. The 2012 Green Globe Award winners will be presented at an invitation only award ceremony hosted by the Minister for Environment at NSW Parliament House in September.
Nominations close at 5pm Thursday 7 June 2012.

submit your nomination BEFORE 5pm (AEST) on Thursday 7 June 2012.
