Notice of lease of land in Kosciuszko National Park

As required by Section 151AA of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 the following proposals to lease land within Kosciuszko National Park are hereby publicly advertised. Submissions are called from persons who wish to comment on any of the proposed leases.

Closing date for submissions: Submissions must be received at the address below by 4:00 p.m on the date that is twenty-eight (28) days from the date on which this notice was advertised in the Sydney Morning Herald and the Daily Telegraph on 26 November 2008 and the Summit Sun on 27 November 2008.
