History

The Thomas and Henry was a wooden carvel built brigantine wrecked on the south spit Flat Rock Nambucca Heads on the 18/06/1877 while on a voyage from Sydney to Nambucca Heads. Crew of 5.

The 55 ton Thomas and Henry had a length of 22.7 metres and a beam of 5.8 metres.  The vessel was built at Jervis Bay in 1867.  The Owner and Master at the time was Henry Bastian.
