Applications for new leases and licences are assessed against the compliance requirements of:
- the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974
- Kosciuszko National Park Plan of Management
- the Office of Environment and Heritage Property Leasing Guidelines.
The team advises lessees and licensees on licence or lease requirements and conditions, and monitors compliance issues and accounts receivables.
