Unique opportunities to run cafes and retail premises in heritage tourist sites and popular NSW national parks are on offer from the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.

Ranging from lush rainforest settings to historic villages, the lease opportunities offer operators the chance to provide quality visitor services and experiences at well-known attractions.

The newly built Minnamurra Rainforest Centre in the popular Budderoo National Park, on the NSW South Coast, is suitable for use as a café, function and event space.

In the nearby Southern Highlands, café premises within the award-winning Fitzroy Falls Visitor Centre are also available. The site features a recently fitted out kitchen and is a short walk to the magnificent Fitzroy Falls.

At Hartley Historic Site, a historic village on the western edge of the Blue Mountains, the Old Post Office is available for lease, while in gold-rush era Hill End Historic Site, the General Store is available.

National Parks and Wildlife Service is currently seeking expressions of interest for the lease of each of these unique locations.
