The Department has released a new draft policy to manage Accredited Assessor Complaints and Feedback for consultation. It provides context for who can make a complaint, what can be complained about, and how the Department will manage any submissions. Comments can be sent to BAM_accreditation@environment.nsw.gov.au. Comments should be sent by 15 June 2020.
