The Heritage Council’s delegation allows City of Sydney Council to grant approvals for changes to State Heritage Register listed places where the works would not have a major adverse impact – or materially affect – the important heritage values. The delegation also excludes applications that would impact state significant archaeology, or historic shipwrecks.
