The NSW Government has set an ambitious goal of doubling koala numbers in New South Wales by 2050. The $193.3-million NSW Koala Strategy is the first comprehensive roadmap towards achieving this long-term goal. The 5-year strategy sets the NSW Government’s koala conservation actions and targets to 2026.
