Release notes
These release notes describe recent updates applied by the BioNet Team to create the NSW Landscapes (Mitchell 2002) Version 3.1 map. NSW Landscapes were mapped in 2002 to provid a framework for reporting reserve establishment, and later for deriving BioMetric overcleared landscapes under the NSW Native Vegetation Act 2003. Over-cleared landscapes data are maintained as a regulatory dataset in the Bionet Vegetation Classification application.
In this release, the NSW Landscapes map data has been improved, adding data fields allowing the map to carry the approved BioMetric overcleared landscapes values from BioNet.
