The Trial Bay Visitor Precincts Coast and Foreshore Protection Strategy, provides a framework to address the impacts of major storm events and climate change on beach and foreshore areas within Trial Bay’s key visitor precincts. The Strategy is a living document, highlighting the need for adaptive coastal management facilitated through on-going learning, open and transparent stakeholder communication and evidence-based decisions, and outlines a range of measures for protecting a key area of Trial Bay’s coastline consistent with the shared values of the community.
