Guidance to assist a decision-maker to determine a serious and irreversible impact
Under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016, a determination of whether an impact is serious and irreversible must be made in accordance with the principles prescribed in clause 6.7 of the Biodiversity Regulation 2017.
